Certainly! All credit card payment orders are 100% secured through encrypted SSL technology (VeriSign &PayPal). We do not maintain a database of credit card numbers and names, and we do not share personal information that will harm you. The ONLY information that we share is your name and address with UPS or FedEx for shipping purposes.
When will I receive my invoice or order notice?
We ship orders within 24 hours, invoices and order acknowledgements will be emailed accordingly. If you do not use email, invoices will be mailed via USPS once the order is shipped from our warehouse in Ohio.

How do I redeem the coupon code?
You may redeem your coupon by entering the coupon code within the designated box before you check out of your shopping cart online. Coupon codes are only valid for orders that are placed on our website. These discounts will not be honored if the order is placed via phone or fax. We encourage our customers to subscribe to our newsletters for the most updated information regarding our deals as well as coupon codes.
How can I track my order?
There are several ways to track your orders:
1) ShippingSuppliesByMail.com will email a shipment confirmation notification for all orders that ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS or LTL(Less than Truckload: Pallet Orders). This email contains all the information necessary to track your shipment.
2) Go to ShippingSuppliesByMail.com and click on “Track Your Order in My Account section at bottom of page. Fill out the information.
3) Simply call our customer service department at 440-914-0530, and one of our representatives will be happy to help you!
Receiving Your Order
When will I receive my order?
The orders typically ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, USPS, or LTL the same day or the day after the order is placed. It takes anywhere from 2 - 5 business days to receive your product.
What is your return policy?
If the product arrives damaged or has been opened, or an error has been made in shipping, please notify us immediately so that we may ship you the correct item. ShippingSuppliesByMail.com cannot accept returns on custom manufactured item as well as printed items unless the items manufactured are defective or an error has been made in production. For the item to be returned please call or email us so that we can provide you with an authorization RMA code. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
If you decide that you want to return the product for any reason other than the above, we will provide you with an authorization code and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please Note: Order must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of shipment received.
